Mainly Cardigans 2nd KAL and Masterclass

Sage Cardigan

Hello everyone,

Sage cardigan pattern was released in the weekend.

My inspiration for Sage comes from my life-long love of Aran cables and the design features an all-over cable pattern with two small cables alongside a larger cable of 16 stitches.

The cardigan is bordered by a k2, p2 rib stitch and is knitted from the bottom up and has set-in sleeves and a scooped neckline.

Sage is one of those patterns that knitters who love cables and working with them, will want to knit – as the comments I have had already from knitters can testify.

Yet, what about those knitters who have tried and succeeded knitting smaller cables and are ready to move onto something a bit more challenging?

I say: Take the plunge!

To help you in your cable journey, join the Mainly Cardigans second KAL. It is going to be a special one.

Running from early September to the beginning of November, this KAL will test your adventurous spirit by having you knit the Sage cardigan.

To make it easier for you, I am holding a Masterclass in August titled: Mastering the Sage cables. This masterclass will be offered over two sessions on two consecutive weekends.

I would love you to join me in the KAL and the Masterclass.

For more information please email me [email protected] or leave a message on the contact form.

Sage pattern can be found in the pattern section of the website, in Mainly Cardigans Payhip shop, and in Mainly Cardigans Ravelry shop.
